We reserve the right to make changes to any aspect of this website without prior notice to you. This includes prices, changes to item descriptions or photographs or correction of any errors.

 

All products listed on this website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice. In the event that we are unable to supply a product, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a refund will be given if you have already paid for the item(s).

Because our products are hand made, sizes and colours may vary from those shown especially on different computer monitors. All measurements and weights are approximate – please read the item descriptions.

We comply with the Data Protection act and we take your privacy very seriously, we also do not share your details with third parties. The payment platforms we use ensure your payment details are kept safe from others (including us!). 

 

Returns: According to distance selling regulations you may return your purchase to us within 14 days providing you contact us in writing. Your purchase must be returned to us unused, in its original condition and packaging and great care must be taken in wrapping. Return postage will be at your expense, unless the item is faulty.

On safe receipt of returned goods we will refund the value of the goods in full. Refunds will be processed within 1 working day.
